About the Role:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and support capability development plans.
• Maintain HR documentation, compliance, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
• Support management in workforce planning, retention, and organizational development.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends for continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with high confidentiality and integrity.
• Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in core HR functions (recruitment, operations, employee engagement).
