Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Executive to support recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The role requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data using HRMS

Coordinate payroll inputs and support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)

Act as the point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes

Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communication

Assist in grievance handling and employee relations activities

Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies; support audits and reviews

Prepare HR MIS, reports, and dashboards

Support HR process improvements and handle ad-hoc HR/administrative tasks

Skills & Experience

2–3 years of hands-on HR experience

Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and compliance

Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements

Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS experience preferred

Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills

Prior experience in corporate, manufacturing, biotech, pharma, or healthcare environments is an advantage
