Role Description

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding
Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and company policies
Coordinate interviews, assessments, follow-ups, and offer letters
Support employee engagement activities and HR operations
Assist in performance review cycles, confirmations, and probation tracking
Assist in drafting HR reports, policies, and process documentation
Ensure a smooth onboarding & offboarding experience

Qualifications

1–2 years of HR experience
(preferably in IT services / startups)
Proficiency in HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR)
Experience in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and MS Office
Good skills in managing HR Operations and ensuring compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Prior experience in a similar role or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
