Role Description

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Fullstack Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves building products from scratch, thrives on solving challenging problems, and has the leadership skills to guide a team toward technical excellence.

You will be responsible for end-to-end development, from designing scalable architectures to building clean, high-performing user interfaces and robust back-end services. You will also work on enhancing existing solutions, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own both front-end and back-end development tasks.
• Develop and maintain seamless, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using React.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust server-side APIs and business logic using Node.js (and optionally Python).
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Key Requirements:

• 4–7 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript fundamentals, ES6+, and modern front-end development.
• Advanced experience with React, including component design, state management, and best practices.
• Deep knowledge of Node.js for building APIs and back-end services.
• Python experience is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of CSS, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL (Mongo) databases is must.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern build tools.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Experience working in SaaS products or startups.
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
