Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize user experiences while ensuring robust backend functionality. You will leverage innovative technologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach to development. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing the services provided to clients, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also aligned with industry best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with backend frameworks like Spring or Node.js. - Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and services to support application deployment and scalability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
