Full Stack Engineer

As a MERN Developer at Tallento.ai, you will be responsible for developing highly responsive and SEO-optimized front-end applications using React.js and Next.js. You will work on building and maintaining full-stack web applications utilizing Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MySQL. Additionally, you will design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend logic, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and product teams to translate concepts into functional interfaces. It will be your responsibility to optimize front-end performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and adhere to best practices in component architecture. You will actively participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues across the front-end and back-end stack. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop highly responsive and SEO-optimized front-end applications using React.js and Next.js (SSR/SSG/ISR) - Build and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MySQL - Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend logic using Node.js and Express.js - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product teams to turn concepts into functional interfaces - Optimize front-end performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and follow best practices in component architecture - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the front-end and back-end stack **Qualifications Required:** - Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js, including SSR, SSG, ISR, and API routes in Next.js - Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for backend development - Solid understanding of MySQL or other relational databases - Familiarity with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (a plus), and RESTful APIs - Good knowledge of performance optimization, security best practices, and clean code principles - Experience with Git and collaborative version control tools like GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket - Ability to work effectively in a team, take initiative, and manage time independently If you join Tallento.ai, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge web technologies with a strong focus on React.js and Next.js.
