Major Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end.
• Source resumes through job portals, referrals, Naukri, and LinkedIn.
• Handle full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interview coordination.
• Schedule interviews via email/phone and ensure candidate participation as per schedule.
• Coordinate with candidates from interview to joining stage, focusing on stability and retention.
• Maintain records and track recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
