Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, oversee employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure smooth HR management processes. The role involves majorly recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities. The executive will also handle compliance with labor laws and company standards.
