Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing End to End Recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies. Daily tasks include overseeing HR management, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in End to End Recruitment
• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the marketing or sales industry is a plus
