We are looking to hire People Experience Executive with experience in recruitment, the position is based in Pune( Baner) and will be reporting to Head of People Experience.


What will you do


  • Recruitment: You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of hiring talented individuals globally, who fit within our company culture, you will proactively build up and maintain a talent pool (with focus on the IT profiles)
  • Onboarding: As the first point of contact with candidates, you will be responsible for an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. You will build strong & sustainable relationships with candidates, based on honesty and trust.
  • Learning & Development: You will ensure that employee induction plan is completed, and Onboarding journey has been seamless.
  • Engagement: You will be responsible for India office engagement Initiatives
  • Leave & Attendance: You will be assisting the Head of department in the payroll process, leave and attendance management, maintaining current personal files and databases, the exit process of the employees.
  • Audit: You will be assisting the Head of Department in audit-related tasks like background checks.
  • You will also get the opportunity to be involved in People Experience projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)

Administration:

  • You will be responsible for upkeep of Pune office, Insurance renewal, Employee visa process in case of travel;
  • Handle post recruitment process of new joinees, i.e., ID Cards, Bank Account opening Employee I-card and raise request for criminal checks.
  • Manage office supplies including ordering and restocking.
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records of new joiners.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or training sessions, including logistical arrangements and coordination of resources.
  • You will be coordinating the international mobility of employees and related arrangements with regard to travel to client/other office locations for both management and employees. This will on average be 5% of your role focus.


What you will need


  • 3-5 years of end-to-end hiring experience in IT/Technical recruitment and handling different set of HR/Admin responsibilities in an IT company
  • You know how to strategically utilize LinkedIn, networks, and research methods to source passive candidates
  • University degree in HR from reputed institute
  • You are proactive and not afraid of taking initiative
  • You are very collaborative but can work autonomously and don’t need anyone to hold your hand
  • You’re able to prioritize well and be flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
  • We are not looking for a robot – you are a people’s person and you’re not afraid to be yourself
  • You possess excellent communication skills in English
