Human Resources Executive

EdenCraft Group Pvt. Ltd., a rapidly growing café & hospitality chain, is looking for a skilled HR Executive with minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management.

This role is crucial as we are expanding and launching multiple new café outlets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end hiring for café staff (Baristas, Chefs, Kitchen Helpers, Housekeeping, Supervisors, Managers).
• Shortlisting CVs from Indeed/Naukri/Job Groups.
• Conducting telephonic screening and scheduling interviews.
• Creating and managing walk-in interview drives.

2. HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities & verification.
• Maintain employee data, attendance, shift schedules & HR documents.
• Handle offer letters, appointment letters & contract renewals.

3. Compliance & Policies

• Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, leave policies, labour compliance & HR documentation.
• Ensure company policies are followed across all outlets.

4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling

• Ensure smooth communication between management & staff.
• Resolve basic employee concerns and maintain a healthy work culture.

5. Training & Development

• Coordinate training sessions for café staff.
• Maintain performance tracking and reporting.

6. Admin & Coordination

• Coordinate with café managers and senior management.
• Update daily HR reports.
• Support HR head in expansion projects

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year experience in HR (Recruitment + Operations).
• Experience in café/QSR/hospitality (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work remotely with discipline.
• Must be comfortable recruiting bulk café staff.
