InCraft Group is expanding its café operations and inviting passionate, dedicated, and hardworking individuals to join our team. We are hiring for multiple positions with excellent growth opportunities and industry-standard benefits.

• Job Responsibilities

1. Chef

• Prepare high-quality dishes as per café menu.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
• Manage inventory, portion control, and food cost.
• Train and guide junior cooks and helpers.

2. Helper Chef / Commis

• Assist the chef in food preparation and cooking.
• Cut, chop, marinate, and prepare ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Support daily kitchen operations.

3. Barista

• Prepare coffee beverages: espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, etc.
• Handle brewing machines and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Engage with customers politely and take orders.
• Maintain product consistency and quality.

4. Kitchen Helper

• Assist with washing, cleaning, and basic food prep.
• Help maintain proper kitchen organization.
• Support chef and helpers during peak hours.

5. Housekeeping Staff

• Maintain cleanliness across café floor, seating area, washrooms, and storeroom.
• Ensure daily sanitization and hygiene standards.
• Assist with basic service support if required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Previous café/restaurant experience preferred (optional for fresher roles).
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Hygiene-conscious and disciplined.
