Ltd., a rapidly growing café & hospitality chain, is looking for a skilled HR Executive with minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management. This role is crucial as we are expanding and launching multiple new café outlets. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end hiring for café staff (Baristas, Chefs, Kitchen Helpers, Housekeeping, Supervisors, Managers). Shortlisting CVs from Indeed/Naukri/Job Groups. Conducting telephonic screening and scheduling interviews. Creating and managing walk-in interview drives. 2. HR Operations Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities & verification. Maintain employee data, attendance, shift schedules & HR documents. Handle offer letters, appointment letters & contract renewals. 3. Compliance & Policies Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, leave policies, labour compliance & HR documentation. Ensure company policies are followed across all outlets. 4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling Ensure smooth communication between management & staff. Resolve basic employee concerns and maintain a healthy work culture. 5. Training & Development Coordinate training sessions for café staff. Maintain performance tracking and reporting. 6. Admin & Coordination Coordinate with café managers and senior management. Update daily HR reports. Support HR head in expansion projects Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year experience in HR (Recruitment + Operations). Experience in café/QSR/hospitality (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work remotely with discipline.
