Education Qualification:

MBA preferred or Graduation in any stream.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management

• Working on KRAs for all HO Team Members in coordination with HODs/Managers.
• PMS Score – Mid-Year & Annual; Dashboard for HO & Sales Managers.
• Training on Processes, Competency Sessions & Monthly Awareness Creation.

HRIS & HRMS

• Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Dashboards/Presentations/Reports.
• HRMS coordination – Coordination with Stakeholders.

Employee Survey & R&R

• Quarterly Survey, Reports & Analysis Dashboard.
• Working on Gaps & Way Forward.
• Conduct R&R – Quarterly Scorecard with all HODs/Vertical Heads/Managers.
• Support for HO Engagement Activities.

Attrition & Exit Insights

• Exit Interviews & Preparing Insight Stories & Dashboards.
• Attrition Analysis.
• Maintain F&F Tracker.
• Coordination & Miscellaneous Support for New Projects.
