Rupa And Company Limited is India’s largest selling knitwear brand, offering a range of knitted garments from Inner Wear to Casual Wear, Sleep Wear to Thermal Wear. The company has a strong brand presence across the nation with popular brands like Frontline, Colors, Euro, Bumchums, Torrido, Thermocot, Softline, and Jon. Rupa brands are known for quality, durability, and catering to various segments of society.


𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧


This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Kolkata. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, marketing strategies, web analytics, and overall digital marketing efforts to enhance the brand's online presence and drive engagement.


𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:


  • MBA/Certification in Digital Marketing or Digital Marketing courses preferred.
  • A minimum of 8-15 years of experience in the field of Digital Marketing preferred.


𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬


1. Content management on social media and running paid campaigns for Meta.

2. Reports on social media analysis, Google Analytics, and campaign case studies.

3. Local store visits, and shopping ads on Meta.

4. Influencer campaigns for Instagram.

5. Keyword research for SEO and meta descriptions for the website.

6. WhatsApp paid promotion and verification.

7. Paid campaigns on video views and engagement.

8. Email marketing campaign-wise.

9. Meta shopping catalog monitoring.

10. Planning and coordination for digital banners on 3rd party apps and websites.

11. QR code creation for website URLs and pages.

12. Google search ads.

Editorial Calendar and campaign plans for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

13. Coordination with vendors for website integration, ORM tools, and other platforms.

14. In-depth display, Pmax, discover, and local store visit campaigns on Google.

15. Budgeting and campaign strategizing for digital.

16. Interactive digital ads and website innovation.
