Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Velachery. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, recruitment, performance management, payroll processing, and employee engagement initiatives. The role involves implementing HR policies, addressing employee queries, facilitating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The position requires active collaboration across departments to promote a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Operations, including payroll management, recruitment, and onboarding processes Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR policies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Experience with employee training and development, engagement, and performance management strategies Keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the agriculture or technology industry is an advantage
