Role Description

Human Resources Executive

full-time, on-site role

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Oversee daily HR operations including
attendance, payroll management (GreytHR),
and employee records.
Implement and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle employee relations, performance management support, and grievance resolution.
Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
Maintain HR documentation and ensure timely reporting to management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in
HR Management, HR Operations, Payroll, and Employee Relations.
Hands-on experience with GreytHR
or similar HRMS/payroll systems.
Strong understanding of
HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational
skills.
Ability to work
independently
and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in the
technology industry
is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
