Key Responsibilities:

•  Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

•   Support payroll processing and handle attendance and leave management.

•   Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are up to date and compliant with labor laws.

•   Assist in performance appraisal processes and grievance handling.

•   Work closely with management to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

•    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
