Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Pune. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and handling employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing HR support and guidance to employees. The HR Executive will work closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals, foster a positive work environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

• Recruitment and good talent acquisition from industry
• Posting positions on portals, caling candidates and shortlisting
• scheduling interviews and screning for suitability
• Induction,training , leave, attendance.
• Experience in Employee Relations and developing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the insurance or consulting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
