Job Summary:

HR Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and reports using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Support HR processes such as performance appraisals, payroll coordination, and training initiatives.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Contribute to process improvements and HR initiatives to enhance organizational culture.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification:

  MBA in Human Resources (or equivalent qualification).

• Technical Skills:

  Proficient in

  Microsoft Office tools

  (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Communication:

  Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  in English.

• Soft Skills:

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable personality.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Shift Requirement:

  Must be willing to work in

  rotational shifts

  (male candidates only).

• Location:
