Human Resources Executive

As an HR executive at Ayurveda House Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's human capital, fostering a positive and productive work culture, and ensuring the organization's continued growth and success. Your excellent English proficiency and MS Word skills will be essential in effectively communicating with a diverse workforce and maintaining accurate HR records.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers, to attract and retain top talent in the organization

2. Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

3. Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring new hires have a smooth integration into the company culture and policies

4. Administer employee benefits and compensation packages, including leave management, payroll processing, and performance appraisal systems, to ensure fair and competitive rewards for employees

5. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR-related matters, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a harmonious work environment

6. Design and deliver training programs on various HR topics, such as performance management, leadership development, and workplace diversity, to enhance employee skills and foster professional growth
