Performance Marketing Executive

Experience in D2C is a must. Minimum 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns is compulsory. Responsibilities: Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions on D2C websites. Launch and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and others. Analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI/ROAS and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams and client teams to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and alignment of marketing efforts. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to clients, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts on business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in D2C performance marketing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Preference for candidates with experience in the D2C healthcare and skincare sector. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive measurable results. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc., is a plus. Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms is desirable. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
