Senior Manager - Accounts

Location: Coimbatore

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant or equivalent  
•  Minimum 5-7 years of experience in engineering manufacturing industry + exposure in project accounting  

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements. 
• Maintaining internal controls and safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs, and actual expenditures. 
• Coordinating all audit activities. 
• Consistently analyzing financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner. 
• Clearly communicating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitoring progress and changes, and keeping senior leadership informed about the financial status. 
• Overseeing financial and project accounting, ensuring that all expenditures are consistently aligned with the approved budgets. 
• Leveraging the strengths of the accounts team members by providing clarity on roles and responsibilities; developing and implementing training programs to help them achieve their individual potential and contribute to organizational goals.
