Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Vision Infra Equipment Solutions Limited in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring machinery, leasing it to clients nationwide, and timing optimal exits. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities: Collect monthly billing sheet for all company assets (machines deployed at customers sites) Compare data collected with machine log sheet to verify mismatch, breakdown and deduction observed. Prepare monthly Proforma invoices for all machines after considering Work order terms & conditions. Collect the information required for all calculations. Clear all client objections to proforma invoices with respect to breakdown, extra hours and diesel consumption. After scrutinizing log sheet communicate with client for corrected data. After finalization, follow up with the customer for approval of Proforma Invoice. Manage and prepare account balances to determine outstanding receivables. Raise Tax invoice and share with client. Forward invoice to accounts team for further follow up.
