Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Vision Infra Equipment Solutions Limited in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring machinery, leasing it to clients nationwide, and timing optimal exits. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Building skills Knowledge of construction equipment and machinery Target-driven and results-oriented mindset Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team BE Mechanical with MBA in Sales / Marketing Experience 2-3 years in the Infra Company or equipment rental industry Location Pune. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements). Cost Accounting: Conducting cost accounting and inventory management to support accurate product pricing. Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing budgets and forecasts to support the company's financial planning. Variance Analysis: Analysing actual financial results against planned figures to identify areas of deviation and potential problems. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations related to finance and accounting. Data Analysis: Analysing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Decision Support: Providing financial information and analysis to support management decision-making. Process Improvement: Helping to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with relevant software and technologies (e.g., ERP systems, spreadsheets). Qualifications: CMA / CA Fresher
