Job Description

Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Control

Manage central store operations at
Pune HO
using
ERP systems
for real-time accuracy.
Oversee receipt, storage, and issue of materials with proper classification and FIFO/FEFO practices.

Material Movement & Logistics

Handle
material movement across multiple locations pan-India
with strict
delivery challan management
.
Coordinate dispatches to ensure timely and efficient material flow.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate stock and movement records as per policy, audit, and statutory requirements.
Ensure safety, security, and environmental standards in all store activities.

Team & Process Management

Lead and supervise the store team at Pune, driving efficiency and discipline.
Implement process improvements and ERP best practices for store operations.

Coordination & Reporting

Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations for seamless workflows.
Share regular MIS and stock reports to support management decision-making.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering
.
7-8 years of experience in stores/inventory management.
Strong ERP knowledge and expertise in
mechanical parts handling
.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and coordination skills.
