Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

Assisting in the preparation of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).

Cost Accounting:

Conducting cost accounting and inventory management to support accurate product pricing.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Developing budgets and forecasts to support the company's financial planning.

Variance Analysis:

Analysing actual financial results against planned figures to identify areas of deviation and potential problems.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations related to finance and accounting.

Data Analysis:

Analysing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Decision Support:

Providing financial information and analysis to support management decision-making.

Process Improvement:

Helping to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

Skills:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with relevant software and technologies (e.g., ERP systems, spreadsheets).
