Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers to meet company procurement needs
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies
  • Monitor and track status of orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand and meet their purchasing requirements
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers and deliveries
  • Stay updated on market trends and new procurement methods

Qualifications

  • BE / Diploma in Mechanical
  • Proven experience of 2-5 years as a Purchase Executive
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP
