Draughtsman Job & Responsibilities: • Worked under Architect for at least 3-4yrs - KDMC approved Residential Properties is must. • Development of Civil Elevation, Plan & Section Modelling • Creating technical working drawings from architects’ sketches and specifications. • Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details. • Skilled in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUP, Lumion and other computer-aided design software programs. • Municipal drawing, working drawing and MEP drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, and structural and maintenance engineers. • Entering CAD data into building information modelling (BIM) systems to create 3-D models and renderings. • Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques. • Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other) as needed. • Collaborating with architects and construction engineers to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations. • Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design. • Manage, design, develop, create and maintain projects. • Carry out technical and feasibility studies. • Handling drawings of Commercial Residential Projects • Draw up blueprints according to technical specifications. • Provide advice and suggestions to resolve problems. • Monitor progress of projects.
