The Rai Heaven constructed by rai builders. The quality of construction is good. It is close to Kalyan East station. People can reach here by share auto to Mandir n then by 5mins walk.

Rai Residency Pvt Ltd the name itself is enough as a blind trust of every Kalyan east people visited after 7 years again to buy house and Meet Mr Pratik Sales Manager his way of communicating and presenting with positive mind and sharing ideas as per our budget to buy house was sensational.

Work is good quality. They have done advertising of Rs 29.50 lacs all inclusive. But when I visited the office the same 29.50lacs flat they said its 40lacs. So all the hidden charges are not shown in the add. It's like fooling the customer, think before visiting the site.

I am Happy with Rai residency. His MD Mr Manoj Rai is easily excess to every flat owner and always ready to take any complain . Staff is very Good Alwys ready to support customer specialy wanted to Thanks Ashish Tiwari. Good Qulity of Construction . I am Happy Buyer.

Rai Residency has worst employees especially sales people and Manager ashish . When u r going to buy, they will behave so politely but later they also give threat of cancelling ur flat even in small matters. 1 star i gave, just for their behavior and ignorance after u booked flat.

The flats are spacious and quality of things such as switch board, tiles, door, sink etc are the best. Good customer service.

I had visited 2 years ago..didn't like the Staff and their behaviour. But last Month when I visited again met with totally different Staff with professionalism and they have lots of inventory with very good area and I am confused which to buy 😂 …
