Job Description

We are hiring for Purchase Executive (Only from Commercial Interior Fit-out Background).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Management:
  • Oversee the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services required for architectural projects.
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs based on project schedules and requirements.
  • Vendor Relations:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery time, and reliability.
  • Resolve issues related to supplier performance, such as delivery delays or product quality concerns.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and correspondence.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that procurement activities align with project requirements and schedules.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior procurement staff and assist in their development.
  • Cost Management:
  • Monitor and analyse procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Prepare and manage procurement budgets and reports to track spending and savings.
  • Implement cost-control measures and strategies to optimize expenditure.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new products, and supplier capabilities.
  • Analyse market conditions and pricing trends to make informed procurement decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduate, Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A degree in Architecture or Engineering is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, in the architecture or interior industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
