The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing daily office operations, supporting sales and finance teams, maintaining communication with clients, and assisting in various administrative tasks. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth operation of back-office duties. two wheeler and license is value added. Qualifications Experience in Back Office Operations and Office Operations Strong Communication skills Knowledge in Sales and Finance Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not mandatory freshers can apply , for six months the stipend will be 10000 for freshers.
