Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Employee located in Jaipur. The primary responsibilities include managing and processing data, preparing and organizing documentation, maintaining records, and supporting administrative tasks. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and high levels of operational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Data management skills, including accuracy in handling data entry and record maintenance
  • Organizational and time management abilities to ensure efficiency in handling administrative responsibilities
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively support inter-department activities
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for ensuring accurate data processing and report generation
  • Familiarity with back-office operations and administrative tasks
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and technology tools
