Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support / Coordinator to assist in various HR consulting activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, research, communication, and creative content work. You’ll work directly with an HR consultant and get exposure to diverse aspects of HR — from talent acquisition to research and social media content creation.

Compensation: INR 25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Coordination Support

• Coordinate end-to-end hiring activities — calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining trackers.
• Liaise with clients and candidates for interview scheduling and feedback.
• Support in preparing candidate summaries and reports.

2. Research & Survey Management

• Assist in preparing HR research reports and presentations.
• Support in designing and administering employee surveys (Google Forms, MS Forms, etc.).
• Compile and analyze survey data for client projects.

3. HR Content & Social Media Support

• Create and design HR-related content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Draft posts, infographics, and short write-ups related to HR topics, trends, and insights.
• Maintain a content calendar and assist with creative ideas for outreach.

4. General Project & Admin Support

• Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation for ongoing client projects.
• Support in data collation, presentation formatting, and follow-ups.

Who You Are

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with MS Office, Canva, Google Sheets, and survey tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in HR trends, research, and people-related work.
