Role Overview: As a Human Resources Coordinator at Forehedge Marketing Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations at our Navi Mumbai office. Your role will involve overseeing benefits administration, handling employee relations, and coordinating HR policies to ensure a smooth functioning of the HR department. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in assisting with HR management functions, maintaining compliance with company policies, and serving as a point of contact for HR-related queries. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration and employee relations. - Coordinate HR policies and ensure their implementation throughout the organization. - Assist in HR management functions to support the overall HR strategy. - Act as a point of contact for all HR-related queries and provide timely assistance to employees. - Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Utilize knowledge of Bulk Hiring to support recruitment activities. - Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills to effectively carry out HR responsibilities. - Collaborate with team members in an on-site capacity to achieve HR objectives. - Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous. - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is a plus. Qualifications Required: - HSC or Graduate qualification. - Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources practices. - Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations. - Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation. - Familiarity with Bulk Hiring. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site capacity. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is advantageous.,
