Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers for selection and offer processes. Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. 2. Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality and ensure fair HR practices. 3. HR Administration Maintain and update employee records in HRMS. Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, increment, etc.). Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. 4. Performance & Compliance Assist in performance appraisal cycles and documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Support audits and reporting requirements.
