As a HR Coordinator at Nebula Tech Solutions, your role revolves around various key responsibilities including: - End-to-End Hiring Lifecycle Management: - Taking ownership of the hiring process for new job opportunities for international clients. - Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and execute sourcing strategies. - Managing job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. - Employee Communication & Engagement: - Managing end-to-end employee communication for all Nebula employees. - Ensuring transparent, timely, and engaging communication to foster a positive and inclusive work culture. - Acting as a liaison between employees and leadership to enhance engagement and retention. - Performance & Benefits Tracking: - Maintaining and tracking performance metrics to ensure continuous employee growth. - Overseeing benefits administration to ensure timely support on compensation, leaves, and other HR policies.
