Human Resources Coordinator

You will be joining Nebula Tech Solutions as an HR Coordinator to support Tokree with a focus on enhancing employee experience, hiring processes, and communication. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of HR responsibilities. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for new job opportunities for international clients. This will involve collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, executing sourcing strategies, managing job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. In addition to hiring, you will be responsible for overseeing employee communication for all Nebula employees. Your role will involve ensuring transparent, timely, and engaging communication that fosters a positive and inclusive work culture. You will act as a liaison between employees and leadership to enhance engagement and retention within the organization. Furthermore, you will be tasked with maintaining and tracking performance metrics to support continuous employee growth. You will also oversee benefits administration to ensure that employees receive timely support on compensation, leaves, and other HR policies. Nebula offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere in India. You will have the flexibility to manage your hours as long as you focus on completing tasks and supporting Nebula and its employees.
