For one of our clients, we are looking for a mature IT manager to do the following:
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing support of Microsoft ERP solutions across departments (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, etc.)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions
• Liaise with external partners/vendors to manage customization, integrations, and upgrades
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of ERP-related incidents
• Own the ERP user access, roles, workflows, and training for business users
• Generate and maintain critical business and MIS reports via ERP
• Continuously optimize system usage, data integrity, and user experience
• Oversee core IT infrastructure (networks, hardware, cloud systems, cybersecurity) in partnership with internal/external teams
• Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and system security protocols are implemented and followed
• Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and software licenses
• Establish SOPs for IT operations and ensure compliance with organization policies
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (D365 F&O, NAV, AX or Business Central)
• Proven experience in managing full lifecycle ERP implementation or major upgrades
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interface between business and tech teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
• Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and security standards
