As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at UNIVO Education Pvt. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in partnering with various business units to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, providing HR guidance to achieve business goals. - Serving as a trusted advisor to management on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations matters. - Handling employee relations with professionalism, conducting investigations, and recommending actions to maintain a positive work environment. - Ensuring HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant employment laws and regulations, and developing policies as needed. - Assessing organizational needs, developing strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance, and supporting change management initiatives. - Utilizing HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive informed decision-making, including generating regular reports to monitor key performance indicators. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. - 4 years of experience in HR roles, focusing on HR business partnering and strategic HR management. - Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels. - Proven ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and translate data into actionable insights. - Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.,
