using data to guide decisions, and leading initiatives that accelerate organizational growth.
1. Strategic HR Partnership
● Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
● Leverage people analytics to drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and
leadership decisions.
● Support business transformation, change initiatives, and org design efforts with a

2. Performance & Talent Development
● Lead the design and implementation of goal-setting and performance evaluation
systems.
● Identify high performers and successors through robust talent reviews and succession
planning.
● Champion individual development plans (IDPs) and career growth frameworks for
future-ready leaders.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
● Launch initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and belonging.
● Run regular pulse checks and feedback loops (e.g., VoC, eNPS), and translate insights
into action.
● Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous feedback.
4. HR Operations, Compliance & Employee Relations
● Ensure efficient execution of HR processes, compliance standards, and systems.
● Act as a coach and advisor on employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict
resolution.
● Partner with legal and compliance teams on risk mitigation and policy alignment.
● 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a true HRBP or strategic
HR role.
● Proven ability to lead and deliver end-to-end HR initiatives.
● Exposure to fast-paced, matrixed, or high-growth environments preferred.
● Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR tech, and modern performance systems.
