HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and full employee documentation. Ensure smooth processes for all joiners and leavers.
• Employee Grievance: Be the go-to person for any employee concerns. Handle issues fairly and confidentially, following company policies.
• Performance Management: Support the appraisal process, help set goals, and guide managers and employees through performance discussions.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and run engagement activities to build a positive and connected workplace culture.
• Learning & Development: Identify training needs, organize learning sessions, and track participation to support employee growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or HR generalist role
• Good understanding of HR processes and employment laws
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with care and professionalism
