About the Role We’re looking for a Lead HR Business Partner to strategically partner with our India teams, cultivating a culture that blends high performance with meaningful human connection, while focusing on nurturing talent and optimising team dynamics. In this role, you’ll support the People strategy and execution across our business functions, with a focus on our fast-growing teams in APAC. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate closely with leadership to design programs, systems, and practices that foster growth. You’ll work directly with the VP of People to help guide our people initiatives and drive success within the team. You’ll be responsible for building out operational excellence in areas like organisational development, change management, performance enablement, and leadership coaching, while also ensuring the implementation and adherence to HR best practices and policies. This includes developing and maintaining frameworks that promote consistency, compliance, and alignment with organisational values, ensuring that HR processes are effective and impactful across all levels of the business. What You'll Do Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, with a focus on optimising team dynamics and fostering a high-performance culture. Lead a team to deliver proactive, high-impact support to our teams in India, ensuring alignment with HR best practices and policies across the business. Shape and implement programs focused on talent development, performance management, feedback, and career growth, while ensuring they are aligned with organisational goals and designed for long-term success. Support managers in leading through change, resolving challenges, and developing their leadership skills, ensuring they are equipped to drive team performance and engagement. Partner with functional heads to drive organisational design, workforce planning, and team health, ensuring these initiatives align with the evolving needs of the business and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment. What We're Looking For Proven experience in senior HR or People Operations roles, ideally within high-growth or global environments. Strong background partnering with Operations functions (Fulfillment, Supply chain),G&A functions (Finance, Legal, Ops) and international teams in India, especially in an office environment. A strong understanding of India compliance and risk management, plus basic understanding of the equivalent in Pakistan and Hong Kong Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, and organizational design. Someone who brings clarity in complexity and energy in ambiguity. Deep belief in people, backed by the ability to make sound business decisions.
