Job Description

🔥 What You’ll Do Lead 3–5 cross-functional pods (15–25 members) to deliver key products and features. Own end-to-end execution, architecture, and delivery across pods. Mentor and grow engineers and emerging tech leads. Ensure technical excellence: code quality, scalable architecture, sustainable velocity. Drive collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Design. Proactively resolve blockers, dependencies, and technical debt. 🎯 What We’re Looking For Proven leadership running high-performing squads or pods . Hands-on technical depth: cloud-native, microservices, scalable systems (AWS, Docker/Kubernetes preferred). Strong experience with Agile practices, CI/CD pipelines , and modern tools (Git, JIRA, etc.). A natural coach who builds trust, fosters growth, and drives clarity without micromanaging.
