Job Description

The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering teams working on the SmartVault and OCMP platforms, ensuring seamless delivery, resource allocation, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

Lead engineering teams and ensure timely delivery of features.
Collaborate with product managers to define roadmaps and align priorities.
Monitor team performance and mentor engineers for growth.
Implement and oversee SDLC processes, CI/CD practices, and coding standards.
Manage resource allocation and resolve technical bottlenecks.
Conduct regular stakeholder updates and manage risk assessments.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and project management skills.
Expertise in backend and frontend technologies such as Java, Node.js, and Angular.
Deep understanding of DevOps and agile methodologies.

Experience:

9+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
