ONE-STOP-SHOP for integrated communication backed up by innovative and intelligent technical platforms for SMEs, MNCs, large enterprises & Government entities Role: Asterisk Developer Department: IT Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Location: Mohali Roles & Responsibilities: Application Development: Creating custom telephony applications and features using Asterisk's APIs, scripting languages, and modules. System Integration: Integrating Asterisk with other systems, databases, and third-party services to create comprehensive communication solutions. Call Routing and Logic: Developing call routing logic, interactive voice response (IVR) systems, voicemail solutions, call forwarding, and other call handling functionalities. Protocol Implementation: Implementing and managing VoIP protocols such as SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and RTP (Real-Time Transport Protocol). Testing and Debugging: Ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of Asterisk applications through rigorous testing and effective debugging. Required Skills: We require a person who has experience in Cloud Call Center System development Using Asterisk PBX (Version above 16), Should have strong knowledge of Asterisk AMI and AGI (using perl or php) ,Asterisk Fast AGI , Asterisk Dial-plan ,Asterisk Optimization for High volumes , Strong Knowledge Python and PHP , Maria db (integration with applications) and Asterisk WERRTC ( STUN, TRUN server Deployment)
