Job Type - Remote Full-time- Permanent Role

Status: Work from Home

Working Days: 5 Days Working - 10 Hours (9 Hours working +1 hour break)

Shift Timing: 12 PM to 10 PM

In these roles you will be responsible for:

Maintaining, analyzing, and interpreting and reporting Healthcare Payer data
Continuously monitoring, identifying, and implementing the best practices, new tools, and methods in the field of metrics and reporting
Creating and implementing executive level reporting strategies
Aligning multiple organizations around difficult or complex solutions and issues in the field of metrics and reporting
Applying a broad knowledge of application programming processes and procedures to the completion of complex assignments
Focusing on systems architecture for global development
Providing advanced research, analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
Pulling data to develop recurring or one-time reports.
Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and other tools used in data analysis.
Locating and fixing errors in reports

Requirements for this role include:

3+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries
3+ years of experience with data analysis and analytics

Preferences: -

Experience with predictive modeling
Hands on experience with python/R coding for data analytics
Experience with US Healthcare payor datasets

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (12:00pm to 10:00pm IST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekends basis business requirement.
