Change Management (CHM) – Plan and execute storage changes with minimal impact. Problem Management (PRM) – Identify root causes and contribute to permanent fixes. Delivery Order Management (DOM) – Fulfil customer storage provisioning and decommissioning requests. Create, update, and resolve tickets using ITSM tools (e.g., Service Center3, Remedy, Snow etc.). Perform regular health checks and proactively identify and act on risk factors in storage systems. Collaborate with internal/external teams to execute planned maintenance and storage changes. Maintain proper documentation of configurations, known errors, RCA, and SOPs. Participate in change management and DR drills. Required Skills: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Huawei Storage systems . Good understanding of SAN, NAS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel protocols. Experience with Huawei storage provisioning, replication, and basic performance tuning. Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy). Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Huawei Storage Certification (e.g., HCIA-Storage , HCIP-Storage ). Basic scripting (PowerShell, Shell, or Python) for operational automation. Exposure to hybrid storage environments or virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
