Network Engineer

Technical Responsibilities & Required Experience:

• Strong working knowledge of

  Cisco

  and

  Juniper

  switch operations, with expertise equivalent to

  CCNA

  and

  JNCIA

  certification levels.
• Hands-on experience with

  Fortinet firewall

  operations and configurations.
• Independently handle

  2nd level support tasks

  and

  on-call duties

  across all technologies and environments within the Shell infrastructure, including:

AdminLAN

FCI Central

Secure Hosting

• Perform

  complex network changes

  , including

  OS upgrades

  ,

  device migrations

  , and

  end-of-life device management

  .
• Good to have execute a wide range of operational processes, including:

Request Fulfillment

Change Management

Incident & Problem Management

• Documentation Management

• Full ownership of related

  ticket administration

  across all processes.
• Participate in and support

  customer audits

  , including preparation of documentation and coordination efforts.
• Generate and submit

  monthly and quarterly security reports

  in support of audit and compliance requirements.
• Active involvement in

  complex infrastructure projects

• Relocation

• Manage and support
