Job Description Resource will be a part of the OEA team and handling different Projects Initiatives impacting improvements within the space of Business Improvements Efficiencies etc Engages champions process owners team members and stakeholders to deliver performance improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools methods and concepts while providing leadership and advice on these technical areas Providing consulting around Automation Opportunities and driving the end-to-end initiatives resulting in business improvements Monitor productivity management utilization and quality KPIs in the core operation and enabling functions globally all locations Analyze Data to identify improvement opportunities and drive actions accordingly Ensuring defined processes are adhered and tasks are performed as per the defined processes Provide training on Operational Excellence Tools to internal coworkers and stakeholders globally Prepares regular and ad hoc reports and adhering to the deadlines Ensuring accuracy and quality of the reports Excellent MS Excel skills Prepares regular and ad hoc high quality management presentations and by the respective deadlines Excellent PowerPoint skills Translating ideas analysis outcomes into storyboarding presentations
