Engineering Manager

Role Overview: As a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Project and Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects related to capital projects, maintenance, and engineering functions within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the sites Capital Projects plan and budget. - Direct and prioritize the activities of direct staff, project engineers, and technical support personnel. - Coordinate process improvement efforts with plant leadership. - Establish engineering networks with other facilities, OEM, R&D, Marketing, and Corporate Engineering functions. - Manage the acquisition, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposition of building systems, production equipment, and furniture. - Analyze financial information, prepare and manage operating and capital budgets, and monitor revenues and expenditures. - Collaborate with all departments to achieve inventory, budget, and Plant financial goals. - Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP and ISO), safety policies, and quality assurance requirements. - Maintain process validation and drawing compliance. - Oversee regulatory compliance and hazard practices. Qualification Required: - B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in Chemical/Pharma Company.
